SPIE Digital Library, including e-books now at ND
Through the generosity of the President’s Circle Funds, the library has recently subscribed to the Micro - and Nano-Technologies segment of the SPIE Digital Library, fields that are closely related to our work and which are growing rapidly.
SPIE is one of the world’s foremost non-profit societies in the field of optics and photonics, publishing more than 17,000 new articles and conference proceedings each year. They operate an ‘e-first’ policy so that the latest papers are available online within just a few weeks of being presented.
We all now have 24/7 online access to selected proceedings at the following link: http://spiedigitallibrary.aip.org.proxy.library.nd.edu/browse/segment.jsp?type=seg&scode=MNT
The following journals are also available full-text:
Optical Engineering Journal (OE)
Journal of Micro/Nanolithography, MEMS and MOEMS (JM3)
Journal of Nanophotonics (JNP)
SPIE Reviews
SPIE Letters Virtual Journal
The SPIE eBooks collection consists of over 120 books in topical areas such as Medical Imaging, Communication Technologies, Electronic Imaging and Processing, Micro- and Nano- Technologies, Optics and Electro-Optics. View a list of titles at: http://www.dlinfo.org/library/documents/ebook-titles2.pdf

We hope you find this becomes an essential tool in your research and the library would be interested in any feedback or comments. Please send comments to brach.10@nd.edu
Best wishes,
